Her technical passion is working on innovative silicon that are used in novel devices and products.\n\nPrior to joining Meta in 2021\, Elene was with Microsoft for 9 years where she served as Partner\, Silicon and System Architecture. In this role\, she was responsible for leading a highly talented group of silicon architects with expertise in performance modeling\, power modeling\, networking and SOC architectures. Her charter was to drive innovation to reality with silicon tapeouts targeting Hololens\, Xbox\, and also datacenter applications. Before joining Microsoft\, Elene was with AMD in design Engineering\, focused on Graphics memory controllers and virtual memory.\n\nElene holds 7 U.S patents in silicon design and has spoken at events like HotChips.
