GSA Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) launched Design the Solution, a branding campaign aimed at university women in STEM, to highlight the global impact of a career in semiconductors.

The campaign employs an integrated marketing approach to reach all members of the target audience and effectively recruit more women into the semiconductor ecosystem.
