This is an opportunity to inspire, motivate and develop women, and provide them with the visibility they deserve. This event, designed to support the career growth and professional aspirations of the women in our industry, will take place on July 11th, in Munich, Germany.
Our aim for the Lunch and Learn series has been to offer a blend of executive and technical topics, featuring women who are leaders in their respective fields delivering keynote presentations and participating in panel discussions. The overarching theme of our Lunch and Learns is “Pathways to Success”. This event will provide an excellent opportunity for women from different companies to connect and network, which we believe is essential for visibility and professional growth.

Annabel Bosch
Project Manager Power Semi
Teradyne
I bring over 8 years of experience in semiconductor industry, where I worked in multiple roles in production & development and have been part of a program focused on the development of young leadership talents. My background is a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and I am an IPMA (Level C) certified project manager.
I take my motivation from enabling others to grow and seeing real progress in both people and projects. I thrive in dynamic & challenging environments and approach everything solution oriented. My ability to navigate complex technical environments and align diverse teams has been a consistent strength throughout my career.
When the Infineon entity I worked at, was acquired by Teradyne some months ago, I played a key-role in supporting both local and new leadership teams through a complex transition phase. In this interface position, I helped to give structure and transparency and bridge communication and operational gaps – an experience that taught me invaluable lessons about change management.
Since joining Teradyne beginning of this year in the role as PJM (area power semiconductor test), there still have been a range of challenges related to the organizational integration and cultural differences. I believe that especially in times of change, fostering transparency and mutual respect is essential for building alignment, resilience and long-term collaboration across teams. Teradyne gives an environment where this is possible and where open communication and a trust-based working environment is company culture.
