Severine Fiegler is an experienced leader with a strong background in HR, specializing in Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employer Branding, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. With over 22 years at Infineon Technologies, she has held several key positions and demonstrated a commitment to creating inclusive workplaces and empowering employees. As the Global Head and Vice President of HR Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion, Severine leads a large global team and is responsible for delivering innovative solutions for recruiting activities and promoting a diverse and inclusive culture. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Passau University, Thames Valley University in London and Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich. 

Sarah Hemmer

Sarah Hemmer is the CEO and Managing Director of Imagimob, an Infineon Technologies company specializing in Edge AI and tinyML solutions. Sarah’s career started with Infineon’s International Graduate Program and after a first stop in Organization Design, Sarah moved to the business as Chief of Staff to the Connected Secure Systems Division president, and later on to Software Product Marketing & Management for Edge AI. In her current role at Imagimob, Sarah leads a team dedicated to driving innovation in Edge AI, enabling the development of intelligent products across various industries. With a background in behavioral economics, data analytics & psychology, as well as 8 years in the semiconductor industry, she is passionate about unlocking new levels of innovation and value creation at the intersection of technology and humanity. 

Madhuparna Datta

Madhuparna is an EDA and VLSI expert with over 25 years semiconductor industry experience, who has worked across UK, India and Sweden. She started off with PCB & FPGA design in Telecom at C-DoT, and then moved to the EDA industry at Cadence Design Systems where she has worked across Silicon-Package-Board as well as Digital Design and Implementation product lines. Currently an AE Director with people management role along with overall technical lead for digital and signoff technical campaigns across the region. She has been involved with CPU, GPU and system IP designs on all the advanced nodes including 16nm, 7nm, 5nm, 3nm etc. She is a SWE Global Ambassador and founded SWE Cambridgeshire affiliate in September 2022, the first global SWE affiliate in UK, which helps provide networking and professional development opportunities for local engineers. She has been elected to the SWE senate for FY26-28. She won the Electronics Weekly “Women Leaders in Electronics Awards 2024” for ‘Mentor of the year’ and was finalist for ‘Leader of the year’ and ‘Woman of the year’. She was invited by UK Department of Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) to be part of the UK semiconductor delegation to India. She is currently a trustee on the UKESF board as there is great alignment on values and approaches towards encouraging more young people to study Electronics.
