Priyanka Agrawal is the Director of Strategy and Operations at Astera Labs, where she leads cross-functional initiatives to help scale the company and serves as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. She brings over a decade of experience in strategy, product, and operations, having held roles at McKinsey & Company, Indeed, and Trusted Health. Priyanka holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from VJTI Mumbai and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. She welcomed her second child in February 2025 and is continually exploring new ways to balance the demands of leadership with motherhood.Â

Justina Provine, a Fellow at Astera Labs, is part of the Silicon Engineering team focused on CXL memory expansion and switching ASIC architecture and design. She is also responsible for driving Security architecture and deployment across all products. She holds multiple patents and has 20+ years of experience in ASIC Architecture and design spanning multiple networking, data center, and SoC chips. She previously held key technical leadership roles at Pensando Systems, Palo Alto Networks, and Cisco. She studied at Bharathidasan University at Trichy, India and Carleton University at Ottawa, Canada. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading and lately solving chess puzzles.  Â

Ramya Shankar is Senior Director at Astera Labs, where she leads Engineering and Product Management initiatives for AI connectivity products. Over the past 15 years, she has led global engineering and operations teams to bring semiconductor products to market and scale operations.  She holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Florida and an Executive Management certificate from University of California, Berkeley. Outside of work, she volunteers as Vice President of Instrumental Music Parents Association at her daughter’s high school, supporting her interests.

Paroma Sen

Paroma Sen is the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Astera Labs. She has 20 years of experience in technology marketing, spanning hardware, software and services, across B2B and B2C domains. Prior to Astera Labs, Paroma was the Vice President of Midmarket Marketing for North America at SAP. Â
Paroma started her career with large B2B companies like National Semiconductor and Dolby Laboratories. Returning to India for a brief stint in 2013, she spent one year in the philanthropy domain and then went on to head marketing for five startup companies, including NDTV Ethnic, a B2C ecommerce startup. Â
Paroma has an MBA from Berkeley (Haas), MA (Advertising) from UT Austin and MS (Computer Engineering) from UT Austin. Her passions lie in the market adoption of innovative technologies that improve people’s lives. In her spare time, Paroma loves to advise startups, travel, write short stories, and volunteer with animal socialization.Â
