Director, Silicon Accelerators
Meta
Elene Terry is a people leader and technologist focused on bringing Meta Reality Labs product visions to life through innovative silicon design. She leads design and execution of silicon from algorithm to delivery at Meta’s Design Center in Silicon Valley.
Elene is a technical expert with 20+ years of industry experience in the field of Semiconductors. Her leadership passion is facilitating the collaboration of large sets of engineers, each with different areas of expertise, to support a common goal and vision for the delivery of world-class silicon solutions. Her technical passion is working on innovative silicon that are used in novel devices and products.
Prior to joining Meta in 2021, Elene was with Microsoft for 9 years where she served as Partner, Silicon and System Architecture. In this role, she was responsible for leading a highly talented group of silicon architects with expertise in performance modeling, power modeling, networking and SOC architectures. Her charter was to drive innovation to reality with silicon tapeouts targeting Hololens, Xbox, and also datacenter applications. Before joining Microsoft, Elene was with AMD in design Engineering, focused on Graphics memory controllers and virtual memory.
Elene holds 7 U.S patents in silicon design and has spoken at events like HotChips. She is focused on mentoring senior and emerging female leaders and is honored to participate as a Mentor for GSA WHM Initiative. Elene received her BS from Yale in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In her spare time, she serves on the Board of several non-profits including Elevate Tutoring.
Sr. Staff Engineering Manager
Marvell
Deb Dyson has spent over 25 years in the semiconductor industry working for IBM, Cavium, and currently Marvell Technology. She has worked on a variety of products including ASICs, gaming console processors, and security processors. For a large percentage of her career, she specialized in chip-level timing closure for SoC designs. Currently, Deb holds the position of Senior Staff Manager for a physical design team in Marvell’s Compute and Custom Solutions group. The team designs ARM-based multi-core processors which target three primary end markets: carrier (with specific focus on 5G base stations), enterprise networks, and data centers.
Deb is passionate about recruiting, mentoring, and supporting women in engineering roles. Over the years, she has mentored numerous college and professional women and men. She is also a co-founder of her site’s women’s inclusion network where she actively plans and facilitates career-building activities, as well as creates networking opportunities for her group.
Deb is a graduate of the University of Vermont (BSEE), Cornell University (MSEE), and is currently pursuing a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership from Tufts University.
Outside of work, Deb enjoys downhill skiing, hiking, and spending time with her two sons. She is a proud native New Englander and has lived here most of her life.

As a key member of the Value Delivery Office, Fauna collaborates with various organizations within engineering and enablement functions to achieve these goals.
Sr. Director, Finance Strategic Programs

Puja has nearly 20 years of diverse experience in engineering and leadership roles, encompassing front-end semiconductor manufacturing, supplier and customer management, quality engineering, R&D operations, and new product enablement. Recently, she transitioned to the Finance team as the Senior Director of Finance Strategic Programs. In this role, Puja and her team are tasked with evaluating high-impact strategic corporate development projects, working cross-functionally across the company.
Puja’s extensive experience across various functions—from front-end operations to customer management, R&D, and now finance—has provided her with a dynamic career filled with unique opportunities. She has had the privilege of learning from and collaborating closely with numerous senior executives on a variety of critical projects.
Puja holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, she has earned a Product Management Certification and completed the Leadership Accelerator Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Amrita resides in the Bay Area, CA with her husband, two children, and an 18-year-old Ragdoll cat.
