Prior to imec, Mavis held leadership roles as Vice President at SEMI Taiwan and Managing Director at SEMI Singapore. Her career began in Atlanta, and over the years, she has worked in the Bay Area, Singapore, Hsinchu, and is currently based in Taipei. With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Mavis has actively contributed to technical committees, supported foreign service communities, discovered new markets, fostered female leadership forums, and managed some of the largest and most influential semiconductor trade shows in the USA, Taiwan, China, and Singapore.
In addition to her professional roles, Mavis is a dedicated member of various industry and technology committees, including the ECCT Technology Committee, the Taoyuan City Technology Council, and SEMI Technologies Committees. She is also a founding member of SEMI’s Women-in-Tech Committee. Outside of her career, Mavis is passionate about sustainability, serving as a board member for Greenpeace East Asia and as a Senior Advisor at CareHer, a platform for empowering young female leaders.

Ms. Vanessa Lee is Vice President of the Materials Management Organization at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC). Ms. Vanessa Lee joined TSMC in 2022 and was appointed Senior Director of Materials Management. She established a working model and system to provide TSMC’s demand forecast to suppliers, and built capability to monitor and track the development and delivery status of TSMC’s key suppliers. This capability and the resulting transparency significantly raised the efficiency of collaboration between TSMC and its suppliers, and enabled TSMC to overcome supply chain disruptions in tools and materials during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to joining TSMC, Ms. Vanessa Lee worked for Google as global commodity manager between 2020 and 2022. She was a procurement director at Apple from 2011 to 2019, and a senior sourcing manager at Qualcomm from 2007 to 2011.

Ms. HH Wang has a diverse background spanning IC design, software and hardware development, and market planning. She joined MediaTek in 2012 and quickly made significant contributions to the company.
In 2014, she was awarded the Company’s Annual Innovation Award for her outstanding achievements. From 2017 onwards, she served as the project leader for the 4G chip project, demonstrating her exceptional leadership and technical expertise.
In 2019, Ms. HH Wang spearheaded the Dimensity 800 project, which marked MediaTek’s entry into the mid-range 5G market. Her strategic vision and execution were pivotal in the project’s success. At the same time, Cadence’s China team have also been widely recognized in IC design industry and built competitive advantages in China EDA market. Ms. Xu also held several leadership roles in Cadence, including Group Director of Technical Sales for the Asia-Pacific region.
Ms. Xu has an experience of over 28 years in China semiconductor and EDA industries. As Investment Partner at SummitView Capital, Ms. Xu participated several well-known China semiconductor company investment projects. In her earlier career life, Ms. Xu served for Synopsys China as sales director for East China, Newave Semiconductor, Huahong Group as R&D engineer and Marketing Engineer.
Ms. Xu currently also serves as Vice President of the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Association and the Shanghai Electronic Design Automation Development Promotion Association. She was selected as “Shanghai Industry Leading Talent” of the Shanghai High-level Talents program in 2022.
