Emerging Leaders Group

Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders in Semiconductors

Who We Are

The Emerging Leaders Group, ELG, is a professional community of early and mid career individuals working across the global semiconductor ecosystem.

ELG brings together rising professionals from GSA member companies to develop leadership skills, share career guidance, and participate in outreach programs that support engineering students and STEM organizations.

Participants come from both technical and non technical backgrounds. ELG welcomes all career paths within the semiconductor industry.

Core Goals

  • Build a peer network that crosses companies and regions

  • Support outreach to students and community organizations

  • Encourage well rounded professional growth

Central Texas Focus

  • Public speaking and facilitation experience

  • Collaboration with peers from other companies

Outreach and Partnerships

ELG connects members with each other to share advice and guidance.
