Eva Holmes is a Senior Program Manager on Marvell’s Third‑Party IP team, where she sources and program manages IP. She brings 18 years of experience spanning across semiconductor manufacturing, engineering leadership, and business development. Prior to IP licensing, Eva was driving business development and product management for Marvell’s Custom Compute business. She began her career as a process engineer at IBM’s semiconductor fabrication facility and later held engineering and management roles spanning CMP, Implant, and PVD processes. Eva holds bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Massachusetts and Masters degree in Engineering Management from Pennsylvania State University.

Allyson Stewart is a Senior Director of Advanced Packaging at Marvell, where she leads teams of engineers and managers responsible for designing complex 2D and 2.5D modules for AI data center and processor applications. She brings deep technical expertise and a strong leadership background to the development of high-performance, scalable packaging solutions. Allyson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and began her career as a thermal packaging engineer at IBM. She later held key roles at GlobalFoundries before joining Marvell. With more than 15 years of management and organizational leadership experience, she has led teams across development, manufacturing, procurement, packaging, and process engineering. Her current focus is driving the most efficient and innovative advanced packaging design flows to support accelerated growth and technology enablement within her organization.

Jeanne Trinko Mechler

Jeanne Trinko Mechler is a Fellow and Technical Vice President in Marvell Technology’s Data Center Group, known for her ability to combine curiosity, innovation, and leadership to solve complex engineering challenges at scale. Over her career at IBM, GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and Marvell, she has led more than 60 chip designs across 10+ technology nodes, including peta scale AI inference silicon and advanced chiplet based systems in package. At Marvell, she is a recognized leader in AI assisted design, helping drive the adoption of AI techniques to improve productivity and decision making in large scale silicon development. Jeanne also co-founded Marvell’s global engineering MEET Conference and the Women@Marvell RENEW Conference and is an author, inventor, and mentor supporting the next generation of engineering leaders.

Laura Lucas is a Senior Director and Controller for Marvell’s Custom Cloud Solutions Division. She holds a BS in Mathematics, BA in Economics, and an MBA from the University of Vermont. Laura has 21 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, starting at IBM and moving to GlobalFoundries, where she held a variety of Finance and Business Operations roles, gaining valuable knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing semiconductors. In her 6 years at Marvell she has helped to grow the custom business by 7x and she’s excited for continued growth in this period of rapid innovation. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her son and hiking.

Manisha Gambhir

Manisha Gambhir is a Senior Director and Technology Architect at Marvell Semiconductor. She leads global, cross-functional teams, delivering high-performance, mass-production-ready complex mixed-signal IPs in advanced nanometric technologies. She is a recent recipient of GSA Rising Woman in Semi Award 2025, reflecting her impact and growing influence in the semiconductor industry. Her career began at Texas Instruments as an analog design engineer. She later earned her MS and PhD degree from Texas A&M University in Electrical Engineering and holds several US patents in field of circuit design and architectures. Since joining Marvell, she has advanced through technical and leadership roles, building a portfolio of transformational IPs and products in Storage, AI Networking, and Automotive domains. Widely regarded at Marvell as a technical thought leader, she sits on several high-impact committees – including the Patent Committee, Marvell Innovation Contest, Marvell Engineering Technical Conference, and University Engagement Committee – where she actively champions and shapes the company’s technical community. She also impacts the broader industry through invited talks, panels and technical forums.
Beyond her technical achievements, Manisha is deeply committed to mentorship and talent development. She is actively involved in early career and university programs, and industry-wide women leadership initiatives such as the GSA Women in Hardware Mentorship Program and was recently selected for GSA’s inaugural Executive Accelerator Program. Through GSA WHM program, Manisha has gained valuable opportunities for mentorship, executive education, and meaningful connections with trailblazing women in the semiconductor industry. She actively pays this forward by championing STEM education and leadership initiatives both within Marvell and across the broader ecosystem – fostering a more diverse and inclusive technical community.
