Ms Malini Narayanamoorthi is an energetic and experienced semiconductor professional with more than two decades in the semiconductor industry. Malini currently works in Renesas as the Country Manager of Renesas India in addition to leading a mixed signal product team as a Vice President for Renesas. Prior to her work at Renesas, Malini worked in Rambus spanning Toronto and India where she led diƯerent applications and design teams. Multiple M&A’s, cross domain operation and working across geographies at Rambus brought a breadth of experience in her global leadership. She was also the head of DE&I for Rambus. Malini worked in Synopsys Toronto as a Corporate Applications Engineer where she developed a clear focus on customers. Malini Narayanamoorthi was awarded the winner of the Women Leader in the ESDM Industry Award by IESA in Jan 2024 and in February 2025 she was recognized amongst the Top 20 ‘DivHersity Champion’ category at the HerKey DivHersity Annual Awards! Her outstanding contributions and leadership have made a significant impact. Malini started her career at National Semiconductors India in their technology infrastructure group. She did her Bachelor of Engineering from RV College of Engineering and a joint masters from NUS Singapore and MIT Boston. Outside of work, Malini continues to play tennis and badminton which helps define her work life balance and inculcate team spirit in her teams.

Anusha Kolla

VP of Strategy, Technology and Operations

Anusha Kolla is the Vice President of Strategy, Technology, and business planning Operations at Renesas, she leads transformative initiatives for the Power Product Group, scaling a comprehensive power portfolio designed for AI, Automotive, and IoT markets.

Prior to joining Renesas, Anusha spent a tenure of >15+ years at Texas Instruments (TI) in high-impact P&L and strategic leadership roles. As a P&L General Manager, she spearheaded the integrated transceiver business for wireless base stations, capturing a dominant >75% market share across 5G and 5G+ applications.

Anusha held pivotal leadership position as Industrial systems leader for Analog, mixed signal, power and embedded processing and connectivity products in driving the impact of companywide initiatives on applications: EV charging, Solar, Energy Storage. Robotics and AI/data centers, increased wins to gain market share, defined and developed successful products and winning roadmaps/technologies to drive business impact of >$5B LNR across high voltage (including GaN), sensing, isolated power supply design, BMS and data acquisition. Accelerated scaling and driving change across the company on strategic product roadmaps analyzing industry to stay ahead of market trends and to take significant share from competition.

Anusha’s career journey also includes significant contributions to qualifying a – DLA certified of a new foundry from scratch, while releasing a space grade level radiation hardened device with in < 1 year of commercial high speed data converter that is differentiated in performance enabling radar applications. She held influential roles in product, test, execution along with business development roles in data converters/mixed signal and power portfolio of buck converters and modules. Both execution and business development roles that led to significant market share gains in Auto motive lidar, Aerospace and Defense and test and measurement applications.

Anusha holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Engineering from JNTU University, India. Based in Dallas, she is an active member of the Texas and International Women leadership community and an advocate for STEM and women in technology.
